The Microsoft Select Agreement allows all agencies, department, cities and towns to license software, procure training and Microsoft related services. 

IMPORTANT NOTES on Microsoft Select Agreement Purchases:

   Media - If you do not already have Media (CD's or diskettes with the software) it must be purchased separately from the licenses.  Media is not automatically shipped with the license purchases. Please see Media price listings below.  

   Key Code needed to load media!  Please contact us to receive the Key code you will need to load the media.  We may be reached at 1-800-611-5499, in Oklahoma City at 405-607-5001 or at info@mediasoftusa.com for the key code and any related questions you may have.

   Shipping / Handling Charges - Shipping and handling charges for Media purchases must be included on your Purchase Order.  Commodity code for $25.00 S/H charge is 0208-60-20-009.

   Your Software License Certificate for Contract Purchases -  When purchasing licenses off of this Select Contract you must retain a copy of your purchase order and invoice.  This will serve as your license verification.  Please see to the Letter from Microsoft above for reference.   The "official" license for all Microsoft purchases off this contract will be sent to and retained by the Oklahoma Department of Central Services.
